Sangeeta Venkatesan is an experienced Board Chair and Non-Executive Director with deep expertise in governance, audit and risk, business transformation, and strategic growth including M&A across complex, regulated and high-growth organisations. She currently serves as Chair of RSL LifeCare and Airwallex SVF, and as a Non-Executive Director of Mercer Investments.

Sangeeta brings a distinguished global executive career in financial services, having held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers/Nomura, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and co-founding a fintech in the retirement sector.
She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, having served as President of Women in Banking and Finance, and continues to actively mentor and sponsor emerging female leaders, and serves on the board of Chief Executive Women.
She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of Chief Executive Women and YPO, and is currently completing the President’s Program at Harvard Business School.
