WiBF Welcomes Two New Leaders to Its Board

Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF) held its first in-person Board meeting of the year on 9 March. The meeting was also the first opportunity for the Board to gather in person since welcoming two new members to the leadership team towards the end of 2025.

WiBF is pleased to formally announce the appointments of Kalani Wheeler as Company Secretary and Kate Stone as a WiBF Director. These appointments represent an important step in strengthening WiBF’s governance and broadening industry representation.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kalani and Kate to the WiBF Leadership Team. Their expertise, energy and passion for advancing  WiBF’s mission make them exceptional additions to our organisation. They each bring valuable perspectives that will support WiBF’s strategic direction and strengthen our capacity to deliver meaningful impact,” said Diana D’Ambra AM, WiBF Independent Chair.

Natalie Vanstone, WiBF President, added, “Kalani and Kate exemplify the leadership, insight and integrity that WiBF stands for. We are delighted to have them join us and look forward to the fresh perspective and experience they will bring as we continue to grow and evolve.”

WiBF is deeply grateful to its Board of Directors for their ongoing commitment, leadership and generous contribution of time and expertise in guiding the organisation and supporting its mission to create a more inclusive industry. Learn more about WiBF’s Leadership.
