Penelope is currently the Executive Manager, Education and Research at the Workforce Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), charged with accelerating progress on workplace gender equality. Penelope has a passion for utilising behavioural science to drive positive business outcomes and a 20 year career helping companies improve business outcomes through leadership, capability and culture. Penelope help to research, share and advocate what works, helping workplaces make the best use of all of their people.
