Annabelle Kline

Annabelle Kline has over 20 years’ experience with Macquarie Bank in senior leadership roles across wealth management and business banking.

With extensive experience across the wealth management industry, Annabelle has held roles spanning product development, technology, government relations, compliance and more recently sales and distribution. She has had accountability for Macquarie’s wealth platform vision and roadmap, driving prioritisation and development to achieve the wealth platform vision. She played a pivotal role in the introduction and adoption of enterprise-wide agile across Macquarie’s wealth management business and has led highly successful distribution teams.

Annabelle recently joined Macquarie Business Banking’s Executive Team to shape how Macquarie will support and help to grow SME businesses beyond traditional banking services and to oversee Macquarie Business Banking’s portfolio of strategic equity investments.

Annabelle is committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. She is a Director of Women in Banking and Finance and co-chairs Macquarie’s Gender Equity Employee Network Group. She has been involved in many initiatives to enhance the representation of women in technology and financial services and is proud of her track record in leading highly capable and engaged teams that showcase diversity and inclusion to partners and clients.

Annabelle has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University, a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a certified scrum product owner.
